Zikduce 5 Tablet

Zikduce 5 is indicated for the prophylaxis and treatment of chronic stable angina and is particularly beneficial in patients who are refractory to or intolerant of conventional anti-anginal therapies. The drug is absorbed rapidly after oral administration, with a bioavailability that supports twice-daily dosing. It is metabolized primarily in the liver and excreted via the kidneys.

Common adverse effects include headache, dizziness, flushing, and gastrointestinal disturbances, which are generally mild and transient. Caution is advised in patients with hypotension, severe hepatic or renal impairment, and those concurrently using other vasodilators or phosphodiesterase inhibitors. Zikduce 5 should be prescribed under medical supervision with regular monitoring to optimize therapeutic outcomes and minimize risks.

It is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to Nicorandil or nitrate therapy.
