Zikduce 10 is indicated for patients with chronic stable angina who remain symptomatic despite conventional therapy or those intolerant to other anti-anginal medications. The drug is administered orally, with dosage tailored according to clinical response and tolerability. Common adverse effects may include headache, flushing, dizziness, and gastrointestinal disturbances. Rare but serious side effects include ulceration and perforation of the gastrointestinal tract; therefore, patients should be monitored for any signs of abdominal pain or discomfort.
Nicorandil should be used cautiously in patients with hypotension, severe renal or hepatic impairment, and in combination with other vasodilators. It is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to Nicorandil or nitrate derivatives.
