Zerograin-Plus New Tablet is a combination medication containing Naproxen 250 mg and Domperidone 10 mg, formulated to provide effective relief from pain and associated gastrointestinal discomfort. Naproxen is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that exerts analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and antipyretic effects by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes (COX-1 and COX-2), thereby reducing the synthesis of prostaglandins involved in inflammation and pain signaling.

Zerograin-Plus New is indicated for the management of musculoskeletal pain, dysmenorrhea, and inflammatory conditions where pain relief is required alongside the prevention or treatment of nausea and gastric discomfort.
