Aceclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), provides effective relief from pain and inflammation by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes, thereby reducing prostaglandin synthesis. Paracetamol acts as an analgesic and antipyretic, enhancing pain relief and reducing fever through central inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis. Trypsin Chymotrypsin, a proteolytic enzyme complex, aids in reducing inflammation and edema by promoting the breakdown of proteinaceous exudates and facilitating tissue repair. This combination is indicated for the management of musculoskeletal disorders such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and soft tissue injuries including sprains, strains, and post-operative inflammation. Zerodol TC Tablet offers synergistic effects, providing rapid and sustained relief from pain and inflammation while supporting the healing process. It is generally well tolerated; however, caution is advised in patients with gastrointestinal ulcers, hepatic or renal impairment, and hypersensitivity to NSAIDs or paracetamol.
