The sustained-release (SR) formulation ensures a prolonged therapeutic effect, enhancing patient compliance through reduced dosing frequency. Zerodol-PG 200/75 is indicated for conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and neuropathic pain syndromes including diabetic neuropathy and postherpetic neuralgia.

It should be used under medical supervision, with caution in patients with renal impairment, gastrointestinal disorders, or hypersensitivity to NSAIDs or pregabalin.
