Zeroder-SP Tablet is a combination analgesic and anti-inflammatory medication containing Aceclofenac 100 mg, Paracetamol 325 mg, and Serratiopeptidase 15 mg. Aceclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), exerts potent anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes, thereby reducing prostaglandin synthesis. Paracetamol provides effective analgesia and antipyretic action through central inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis, complementing the peripheral effects of Aceclofenac. Serratiopeptidase, a proteolytic enzyme, facilitates the reduction of inflammation and edema by breaking down inflammatory mediators and promoting tissue repair. This combination is indicated for the management of acute and chronic musculoskeletal pain, including osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and postoperative inflammation.
