Zeroder-MR Tablet is a combination analgesic and muscle relaxant formulation containing Aceclofenac 100 mg, Paracetamol 325 mg, and Chlorzoxazone 250 mg. Aceclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), exerts potent anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes, thereby reducing prostaglandin synthesis. Paracetamol provides additional analgesic and antipyretic benefits through central inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis, complementing the action of Aceclofenac. Chlorzoxazone acts as a centrally acting muscle relaxant that alleviates muscle spasm and associated pain by depressing polysynaptic reflexes in the spinal cord. This combination is indicated for the relief of musculoskeletal pain and inflammation associated with conditions such as strains, sprains, back pain, and other soft tissue injuries.
