Chlorzoxazone is a centrally acting muscle relaxant that alleviates muscle spasm and associated discomfort by depressing polysynaptic reflexes in the spinal cord. The synergistic combination of these three active ingredients makes Zeplatt-MR Tablet suitable for the management of musculoskeletal conditions such as strains, sprains, back pain, and other soft tissue injuries where inflammation, pain, and muscle spasm coexist.

It is indicated for short-term use under medical supervision to ensure safety and efficacy. Caution is advised in patients with hepatic, renal, or cardiovascular impairments, and it should be used with care in individuals with a history of hypersensitivity to NSAIDs or paracetamol.
