Zenflox Suspension

Zenflox Suspension is commonly prescribed for respiratory tract infections, urinary tract infections, skin and soft tissue infections, and certain sexually transmitted infections caused by susceptible organisms. The oral suspension formulation facilitates accurate dosing in pediatric and adult patients who have difficulty swallowing tablets. Dosage should be individualized based on the severity of infection, patient age, renal function, and susceptibility of the causative organism.

Zenflox Suspension is generally well tolerated; however, potential adverse effects include gastrointestinal disturbances, central nervous system effects such as dizziness or headache, and hypersensitivity reactions. Caution is advised in patients with a history of tendon disorders related to fluoroquinolones and those with QT prolongation risk. Concurrent administration with antacids or mineral supplements may reduce absorption.
