Aceclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), exerts its effect by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes (COX-1 and COX-2), leading to decreased synthesis of prostaglandins responsible for pain and inflammation. Paracetamol provides analgesic and antipyretic effects by central inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis, complementing the anti-inflammatory action of Aceclofenac while reducing fever.

The combined action of these agents offers effective relief from pain, inflammation, and muscle stiffness. Xpain Plus 4 Tablet should be used under medical supervision, especially in patients with a history of gastrointestinal disorders, hepatic or renal impairment, or hypersensitivity to NSAIDs.
