Xircox SP Tablet

This selective inhibition minimizes gastrointestinal side effects commonly seen with non-selective NSAIDs. Serratiopeptidase, a proteolytic enzyme, complements the anti-inflammatory effect by breaking down inflammatory mediators and facilitating the resolution of edema and tissue inflammation. The combined action of these agents makes Xircox SP particularly useful in managing acute and chronic conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and postoperative inflammation.

It is also indicated for soft tissue injuries, dental pain, and other inflammatory disorders where both analgesic and fibrinolytic effects are desired. Xircox SP should be used under medical supervision, with caution advised in patients with cardiovascular risks, hepatic or renal impairment, and those with a history of hypersensitivity to NSAIDs. Regular monitoring is recommended during prolonged therapy to ensure safety and efficacy.
