Ximpar-A Tablet

The synergistic action of these two agents provides effective relief from mild to moderate pain and inflammation associated with musculoskeletal disorders such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and other inflammatory conditions. Ximpar-A is also indicated for managing postoperative pain and dental pain. It is generally well tolerated when taken as prescribed; however, caution is advised in patients with a history of gastrointestinal ulcers, hepatic or renal impairment, and hypersensitivity to NSAIDs or paracetamol.

Common adverse effects may include gastrointestinal discomfort, nausea, and dizziness. The tablet should be administered with food to minimize gastrointestinal irritation. Dosage and duration of therapy should be determined by a healthcare professional based on the severity of symptoms and patient response. Ximpar-A should not be used concomitantly with other NSAIDs or paracetamol-containing products to avoid toxicity.
