Xilia 1 Tablet

The medication is effective in lowering both fasting and postprandial blood glucose concentrations. Xilia 1 Tablet should be administered once daily with breakfast or the first main meal to optimize absorption and minimize the risk of hypoglycemia. Dose adjustments may be necessary based on individual patient response and glycemic targets. Caution is advised in patients with hepatic or renal impairment, and it should be used with care in elderly patients due to an increased risk of hypoglycemia.

Common adverse effects include hypoglycemia, weight gain, and gastrointestinal disturbances. Regular monitoring of blood glucose levels and periodic assessment of renal and hepatic function are recommended during therapy.
