Wokadine 5% Solution

Wokadine 5% Solution is indicated for preoperative skin preparation, treatment of minor wounds, cuts, abrasions, burns, and prevention of infection in superficial skin lesions. It is effective against a wide range of pathogens including gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, fungi, viruses, and protozoa. The solution is applied topically and should be used with caution in patients with iodine sensitivity or thyroid disorders.

It is contraindicated in individuals with known hypersensitivity to iodine or povidone iodine. Adverse effects are rare but may include local irritation, allergic reactions, or staining of the skin.
