Thiocolchicoside acts as a muscle relaxant by selectively inhibiting glycine and GABA receptors, thereby alleviating muscle spasms and associated pain. Aceclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), exerts potent anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and antipyretic effects through the inhibition of cyclooxygenase enzymes (COX-1 and COX-2), leading to decreased prostaglandin synthesis. Paracetamol contributes additional analgesic and antipyretic properties by modulating the central nervous system pathways, providing effective relief from mild to moderate pain and fever.
