Wellceclo-Plus Tablet is a combination analgesic and anti-inflammatory medication containing Thiocolchicoside (4mg), Aceclofenac (100mg), and Paracetamol (325mg). Thiocolchicoside acts as a muscle relaxant by selectively inhibiting glycine and GABA receptors, thereby alleviating muscle spasms and associated pain. Aceclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), exerts potent anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and antipyretic effects through the inhibition of cyclooxygenase enzymes (COX-1 and COX-2), leading to decreased prostaglandin synthesis.

Paracetamol contributes additional analgesic and antipyretic properties by modulating the central nervous system pathways, providing effective relief from mild to moderate pain and fever. This combination is indicated for the management of musculoskeletal conditions such as acute muscle spasms, strains, sprains, and inflammatory disorders including osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.

Wellceclo-Plus is beneficial in reducing pain, inflammation, and muscle stiffness, thereby improving patient mobility and quality of life.
