Wellceclo P Tablet is a combination analgesic and anti-inflammatory medication containing Aceclofenac 100 mg and Paracetamol 325 mg, formulated to provide effective relief from pain and inflammation. Aceclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), exerts its therapeutic effect by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes (COX-1 and COX-2), thereby reducing the synthesis of prostaglandins responsible for pain and inflammation. Paracetamol, an analgesic and antipyretic agent, acts centrally to alleviate pain and reduce fever through inhibition of the cyclooxygenase pathway in the central nervous system. Wellceclo P Tablet is indicated for the management of musculoskeletal disorders such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and other conditions associated with mild to moderate pain and inflammation. It is also useful in postoperative pain and dental pain management. The combination provides synergistic analgesic effects while minimizing the dose-related adverse effects commonly associated with NSAIDs. Wellceclo P should be administered orally with food to reduce gastrointestinal irritation. Caution is advised in patients with a history of gastrointestinal ulcers, hepatic or renal impairment, and cardiovascular disorders. Use during pregnancy and lactation should be under medical supervision. Adverse effects may include gastrointestinal discomfort, dizziness, and hypersensitivity reactions.
