Weceff-OF Tablet

This synergistic action enhances antibacterial efficacy against both Gram-positive and Gram-negative pathogens. Weceff-OF is indicated for respiratory tract infections, urinary tract infections, gastrointestinal infections, skin and soft tissue infections, and sexually transmitted infections caused by susceptible organisms. The combination is particularly useful in cases where mixed infections or resistant strains are suspected.

It is administered orally, with dosing adjusted according to the severity of infection and patient-specific factors such as renal function. Common adverse effects may include gastrointestinal disturbances, headache, dizziness, and hypersensitivity reactions. Use of Weceff-OF should be guided by culture and sensitivity testing where possible to minimize resistance development. Caution is advised in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to cephalosporins or fluoroquinolones, and use during pregnancy and lactation should be under medical supervision.
