Orgnise-P Tablet is a combination analgesic and anti-inflammatory medication containing Aceclofenac 100 mg and Paracetamol 325 mg. Aceclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), exerts its therapeutic effect by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes (COX-1 and COX-2), thereby reducing the synthesis of prostaglandins responsible for pain, inflammation, and fever. Paracetamol, an analgesic and antipyretic agent, acts centrally to alleviate pain and reduce fever through inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis in the central nervous system. The synergistic action of these two active ingredients makes Orgnise-P effective in the management of various musculoskeletal disorders, including osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and other painful inflammatory conditions. It is also indicated for the relief of mild to moderate pain associated with dental procedures, postoperative pain, and soft tissue injuries. Orgnise-P should be used with caution in patients with a history of gastrointestinal ulcers, hepatic or renal impairment, and cardiovascular diseases. It is contraindicated in individuals with hypersensitivity to NSAIDs or paracetamol.
