Baricitinib exerts its therapeutic effect by inhibiting the activity of JAK1 and JAK2 enzymes, thereby modulating the signaling pathways involved in the inflammatory process. This action helps reduce joint inflammation, pain, and structural damage associated with rheumatoid arthritis, improving physical function and quality of life.
