Ofloskat Eye Drop is a sterile ophthalmic solution containing Ofloxacin 0.3% w/v, a broad-spectrum fluoroquinolone antibiotic, and Ketorolac 0.5% w/v, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). This combination is indicated for the treatment of bacterial ocular infections accompanied by inflammation and pain. Ofloxacin acts by inhibiting bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV, thereby preventing bacterial replication and effectively eradicating susceptible gram-positive and gram-negative pathogens.
