Ofloxacin acts by inhibiting bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV, enzymes essential for bacterial DNA replication, transcription, repair, and recombination, thereby exerting a bactericidal effect.

Oflobe Eye/Ear Drops should be used as directed by a healthcare professional, typically administered topically to the affected eye or ear. Prior to application, ensure the affected area is clean; avoid contact with the dropper tip to prevent contamination. Common side effects may include mild irritation, burning, or stinging at the application site, which are usually transient.
