Ocucool-KT Eye Drop is a combination ophthalmic solution containing Ketorolac tromethamine 0.4% w/v and Olopatadine hydrochloride 0.1% w/v, formulated to provide effective relief from ocular inflammation and allergic conjunctivitis. Ketorolac, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), inhibits cyclooxygenase enzymes, thereby reducing the synthesis of prostaglandins responsible for inflammation, pain, and swelling.

Olopatadine, a selective H1-antihistamine with mast cell stabilizing properties, alleviates symptoms of allergic conjunctivitis such as itching, redness, and tearing by preventing the release of histamine and other mediators from mast cells. Ocucool-KT is indicated for the treatment of seasonal allergic conjunctivitis and postoperative ocular inflammation. The combination therapy offers rapid symptomatic relief while addressing both inflammatory and allergic components of ocular conditions.
It is typically administered as one drop in the affected eye(s) twice daily or as directed by a healthcare professional. Caution is advised in patients with hypersensitivity to any component of the formulation. Contact lens wearers should remove lenses prior to instillation and may reinsert lenses 15 minutes after administration. Use during pregnancy and lactation should be under medical supervision.

How to use Ocucool-KT Eye Drop This medicine is for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use.
