Nucoxia D3 Capsule is a combination pharmaceutical formulation containing Etoricoxib 90 mg and Vitamin D3 600 IU, designed to provide effective management of pain and inflammation while supporting bone health. Etoricoxib, a selective cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) inhibitor, exerts potent anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and antipyretic effects by selectively blocking the COX-2 enzyme involved in the synthesis of prostaglandins responsible for pain and inflammation.

This selective inhibition minimizes gastrointestinal adverse effects commonly associated with non-selective NSAIDs. Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) plays a crucial role in calcium homeostasis and bone metabolism, enhancing calcium absorption and promoting bone mineralization. Nucoxia D3 is indicated for the treatment of osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and acute gouty arthritis, where both pain relief and bone health maintenance are essential.
