How It Works
Aceclofenac inhibits COX-1 and COX-2 enzymes, leading to decreased synthesis of prostaglandins, which are responsible for pain and inflammation.
Serratiopeptidase acts as a proteolytic enzyme, breaking down fibrin and other proteins involved in inflammation, thereby reducing pain and swelling.
Paracetamol works by inhibiting cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, leading to reduced synthesis of prostaglandins in the brain, which are responsible for pain and fever.

Nocdown Tablet is a tri-component pharmaceutical formulation, containing Aceclofenac (100mg), Paracetamol (325mg), and Serratiopeptidase (15mg). This combination medication is designed to offer comprehensive relief from various types of pain, inflammation, and swelling. Aceclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), provides potent analgesia and anti-inflammatory action, while Paracetamol, a common analgesic and antipyretic, further enhances pain relief.
Serratiopeptidase, a proteolytic enzyme, aids in reducing inflammation and promotes faster recovery. Nocdown Tablet is indicated for the treatment of acute pain, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and other conditions requiring pain relief and inflammation reduction. As with any medication, it should be used under medical supervision and the prescribed dosage should not be exceeded.
