Nexflex D Tablet is a combined analgesic-muscle relaxant medication. Each tablet contains Diclofenac 50mg, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), and Metaxalone 400mg, a muscle relaxant. Nexflex D is indicated for the relief of acute and chronic muscle pains, rheumatic conditions, and inflammation. Diclofenac provides analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects, while Metaxalone helps to relax muscles. As with all medications, Nexflex D should be used under medical supervision. Common side effects include gastrointestinal upset, dizziness, and headache. Avoid in patients with hypersensitivity to either Diclofenac or Metaxalone, severe kidney or liver disease, or stomach ulcers. Prolonged use may increase the risk of serious side effects such as gastrointestinal bleeding and kidney damage.
