Natremia 15mg Tablets contain the active ingredient Tolvaptan, a selective vasopressin V2 receptor antagonist. Indicated for the treatment of hyponatremia (low sodium levels in the blood) in adults with euvolemic and hypervolemic hyponatremia, these tablets help restore sodium balance by reducing the reabsorption of water in the kidneys. Natremia should be used with caution in patients with liver disease, as it may exacerbate existing liver function abnormalities.
Monitoring of serum electrolytes and liver function tests is recommended during treatment. Common adverse effects include thirst, dizziness, headache, and fatigue. Patients should be advised to avoid dehydration while taking Natremia. For optimal results, always take Natremia as directed by a healthcare provider.
