Naprox 250 D Tablet is a combined medication containing Naproxen 250mg and Domperidone 10mg. This dual-action formulation is primarily indicated for the relief of symptoms associated with rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, acute gouty arthritis, and juvenile idiopathic arthritis. Naproxen, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), provides analgesic, antipyretic, and anti-inflammatory effects, while Domperidone, a prokinetic agent, is added to manage any potential gastrointestinal side effects caused by Naproxen. As with other NSAIDs, Naprox 250 D Tablet should be used with caution in patients with a history of stomach ulcers, heart disease, high blood pressure, or liver or kidney problems. Regular monitoring of blood pressure, liver, and kidney function is recommended during treatment.
