Napaid-D Tablet is a combined medication containing Naproxen (500mg) and Domperidone (10mg). Naproxen, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), is primarily used for its analgesic, antipyretic, and anti-inflammatory properties, providing relief from symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and other musculoskeletal disorders. Concurrently, Domperidone, a prokinetic agent, aids in treating conditions such as gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), gastric ulcers, and decreased gastric motility by stimulating gastric and small intestine contractions.
