Myospas D Tablet is a combination of Diclofenac (50mg) and Metaxalone (400mg). This medication is primarily used for the relief of muscle pain and inflammation. Diclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), acts by inhibiting the enzyme cyclooxygenase, thereby reducing prostaglandin synthesis and associated pain and inflammation.
