Moxicule-LP Eye Drop is a preservative-free, sterile ophthalmic solution indicated for the treatment of postoperative inflammation and pain in patients undergoing cataract surgery or other intraocular surgeries. Each 0.5 mL unit dose contains loteprednol etabonate 2.5 mg (0.5% w/v) and moxifloxacin 2.5 mg (0.5% w/v). The combination of these two active ingredients provides a synergistic effect in reducing inflammation and promoting wound healing.

Loteprednol etabonate, a corticosteroid, inhibits the release of inflammatory mediators and reduces capillary permeability, thereby decreasing inflammation and pain. Moxifloxacin, a fluoroquinolone antibiotic, inhibits bacterial protein synthesis, thereby preventing the growth of microorganisms. The preservative-free formulation of Moxicule-LP Eye Drop minimizes the risk of ocular irritation and makes it an ideal choice for patients undergoing ocular surgery.

How to use Moxicule-LP Eye Drop This medicine is for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Hold the dropper close to the eye without touching it. Gently squeeze the dropper and place the medicine inside the lower eyelid. Wipe off the extra liquid.
