Moxi LP Eye Drop (Preservative Free) is a sterile, preservative-free solution for ophthalmic use, containing a combination of loteprednol etabonate (0.5% w/v) and moxifloxacin (0.5% w/v). This topical treatment is indicated for the management of post-operative inflammation and pain following cataract surgery, as well as for the treatment of anterior uveitis, including uveitis associated with cataract surgery. The loteprednol etabonate component provides anti-inflammatory activity, while the moxifloxacin component offers antibacterial properties. Moxi LP Eye Drop (Preservative Free) is designed to minimize the risk of preservative-related adverse reactions and is intended for use in patients who require long-term ocular therapy. The product is contraindicated in patients with a known hypersensitivity to any of its components, as well as in patients with fungal or pseudomonal keratitis. The usual dosage is one to two drops instilled into the affected eye(s) every 60 to 90 minutes, not to exceed 60 drops per day.
How to use Moxi LP Ophthalmic Suspension This medicine is for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Hold the dropper close to the eye without touching it. Gently squeeze the dropper and place the medicine inside the lower eyelid. Wipe off the extra liquid.
