Movoron-S Tablet is a fixed-dose combination of Diclofenac (50mg) and Serratiopeptidase (10mg) indicated for the relief of pain and inflammation in various conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and juvenile idiopathic arthritis. Diclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), inhibits the production of prostaglandins, which are mediators of pain and inflammation. Serratiopeptidase, a serine protease, is an enzyme that degrades extracellular matrix proteins, including fibrin, which contributes to the development of inflammation. The combination of Diclofenac and Serratiopeptidase in Movoron-S Tablet provides a synergistic effect in reducing pain and inflammation, with a faster onset of action and a more sustained effect compared to individual agents. Movoron-S Tablet is available in a film-coated tablet formulation, which ensures consistent and controlled release of the active ingredients. It is contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to Diclofenac or Serratiopeptidase, and caution should be exercised in patients with underlying cardiovascular and gastrointestinal disorders.
