Motif Forte Tablet is a prescription-only medication indicated for the relief of moderate to severe pain, including headaches, migraines, and other types of acute and chronic pain. Each tablet contains a fixed combination of Aceclofenac 100mg and Paracetamol 325mg. Aceclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, exhibits analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties, while Paracetamol, a non-opioid analgesic, provides additional pain relief. The combination of these two agents allows for a synergistic effect, resulting in enhanced efficacy and reduced risk of gastrointestinal adverse events. Motif Forte Tablet is contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to either active ingredient, as well as those with active peptic ulceration, gastrointestinal bleeding, or liver or kidney impairment. Concomitant use of Motif Forte Tablet with other NSAIDs or anticoagulants may increase the risk of adverse reactions. Patients should be monitored for signs of gastrointestinal toxicity and hepatic dysfunction. As with any medication, a full medical history and physical examination should be performed prior to initiation of therapy.
