Concomitant use with phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors, such as Sildenafil, Tadalafil, or Vardenafil, is also contraindicated. As with any medication, patients should be closely monitored for signs of hypotension, headache, and flushing, as these may be indicative of overdosage.
