The medication is administered orally, twice daily, for a duration of five days. Molcovir has been shown to reduce the risk of hospitalization and death in patients with mild to moderate COVID-19. The most common side effects of Molcovir include nausea, diarrhea, and headache. Molcovir is contraindicated in patients with severe liver disease, and caution should be exercised in patients with pre-existing liver disease.
The recommended dose of Molcovir should not be exceeded, as this may increase the risk of adverse reactions.
