Molace-SR 200 Tablet is a slow-release formulation containing 200mg of Aceclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) indicated for the treatment of osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis. This once-daily tablet provides sustained-release of the active ingredient over 12 hours, allowing for optimal therapeutic effect while minimizing the risk of gastrointestinal adverse events. The unique SR (sustained-release) technology enables a consistent and controlled release of Aceclofenac, providing a therapeutic window of 12 hours. Molace-SR 200 Tablet is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Aceclofenac, as well as those with active peptic ulceration, recent gastrointestinal bleeding, or history of NSAID-induced asthma. Concomitant use with anticoagulants, corticosteroids, or other NSAIDs should be avoided, and patients with pre-existing cardiovascular, renal, or hepatic impairment should be closely monitored. The most common adverse reactions include diarrhea, dyspepsia, and headache.
