Mobiswift-D Tablet is a fixed-dose combination product containing 50mg of diclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agent, and 400mg of metaxalone, a muscle relaxant. It is indicated for the relief of moderate to severe acute pain and muscle spasms, particularly in the treatment of post-operative pain, dental pain, and menstrual cramps. The diclofenac component provides potent anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects, while the metaxalone component relaxes muscle spasms and reduces muscle tone. The combination of these two agents offers a synergistic effect, providing rapid and effective relief from pain and discomfort. The tablet is administered orally, typically 3-4 times a day, with or without food, and should be taken as directed by a healthcare provider. The recommended duration of treatment is up to 7 days, unless otherwise directed. As with all medications, Mobiswift-D Tablet should be used with caution in patients with a history of gastrointestinal ulcers, bleeding, or kidney disease, and should not be used in patients with a known hypersensitivity to either component.
