Mob-AP Tablet is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory and analgesic combination medication, containing 100mg of aceclofenac and 325mg of paracetamol per tablet. This medication is indicated for the relief of mild to moderate pain, inflammation, and fever. Aceclofenac, a propionic acid derivative, exhibits potent analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties, while paracetamol, a well-established analgesic and antipyretic, provides additional relief from pain and fever. The combination of these two salts offers a synergistic effect, providing rapid and effective relief from a range of acute and chronic conditions, including headaches, muscle and joint pain, and fever. Mob-AP Tablet is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to aceclofenac or paracetamol, as well as in patients with a history of gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcerative colitis, or Crohn's disease. Patients should be advised to avoid concomitant use of other NSAIDs or COX-2 inhibitors, and to seek medical attention if they experience any signs of gastrointestinal upset or bleeding.
