This ophthalmic solution combines the potent anti-inflammatory properties of loteprednol etabonate (0.5% w/v) with the broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity of moxifloxacin (0.5% w/v). Loteprednol etabonate, a corticosteroid, is effective in reducing ocular inflammation and pain, while moxifloxacin, a fluoroquinolone, provides broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity against a range of bacterial pathogens.
