Common side effects include headache, dizziness, nausea, and diarrhea. Rare but serious adverse reactions may include QT prolongation, torsades de pointes, and hypotension. Mizepam 400mg Tablet is not recommended for use in pediatric patients, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and patients with severe kidney or liver impairment.
