Mirahype S 50/5 Tablet ER is a once-daily, extended-release formulation containing mirabegron (50mg) and solifenacin (5mg), a combination therapy for the treatment of overactive bladder (OAB) with symptoms of urinary frequency, urgency, and incontinence. This product is designed to provide sustained release of its active ingredients, mirabegron and solifenacin, over an extended period, allowing for consistent and reliable therapeutic effects. Mirabegron, a β3-adrenoceptor agonist, increases urinary bladder capacity and reduces urgency, while solifenacin, a muscarinic receptor antagonist, reduces the frequency of bladder contractions and urinary incontinence episodes. The combination of these two compounds synergistically works together to provide enhanced relief from OAB symptoms. Mirahype S 50/5 Tablet ER is indicated for patients who have not responded adequately to previous therapy or who have intolerable side effects. This product is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to either mirabegron or solifenacin, and caution should be exercised in patients with moderate to severe renal impairment.
