The recommended dose is one tablet, taken orally, 15-30 minutes before bedtime. Minirin Melt 120mcg Tablet is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to desmopressin or any of its excipients, and in patients with significant kidney or liver impairment. It is also contraindicated in patients with cardiac disease, hypertension, or peripheral edema. Patients with a history of seizures, electrolyte imbalance, or cardiovascular disease should be monitored closely.
The most common adverse reactions include headache, fatigue, and nausea. Minirin Melt 120mcg Tablet is available in blister packs of 30 tablets. As with all prescription medications, patients should follow the recommended dosage and administration instructions, and consult their healthcare provider if they experience any adverse reactions or have concerns about the use of this product.
