Migrafree Tablet is a prescription medication indicated for the prophylactic treatment of migraine and other vascular headaches. Each tablet contains 10mg of Flunarizine, a calcium-channel blocker with potent anticonvulsant and anti-arrhythmic properties. The recommended dosage is one tablet twice daily, with or without food. Migrafree Tablet is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Flunarizine, liver dysfunction, or severe renal impairment. Additionally, caution should be exercised in patients with a history of cardiac conduction disorders, peripheral vascular disease, or seizures. Common side effects may include dizziness, headache, and fatigue. Rare but serious adverse reactions include agranulocytosis, aplastic anemia, and thrombocytopenia. Migrafree Tablet is not recommended for use in children or pregnant women. Patients should be advised to seek medical attention if symptoms worsen or new symptoms develop.
