Merezoxx-SP Tablet is a combination analgesic formulation containing Aceclofenac 100mg, Paracetamol 325mg, and Serratiopeptidase 15mg, designed to provide effective relief from pain and inflammation. Aceclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), acts by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes, thereby reducing the synthesis of prostaglandins responsible for pain and inflammation. Paracetamol, a widely used analgesic and antipyretic agent, enhances the analgesic effect and helps in reducing fever without causing significant gastric irritation. Serratiopeptidase, a proteolytic enzyme, facilitates the breakdown of inflammatory mediators and promotes the resolution of edema and tissue inflammation. This synergistic combination is indicated for the management of acute and chronic musculoskeletal disorders such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and soft tissue injuries including sprains and strains. Merezoxx-SP is also effective in postoperative pain and inflammation control.
