Maxpride 100 is effective in alleviating both positive symptoms such as hallucinations and delusions, as well as negative symptoms including social withdrawal and apathy. The medication is typically administered orally, with dosage tailored according to the severity of the condition and patient response. Common side effects may include extrapyramidal symptoms, hyperprolactinemia, insomnia, and gastrointestinal disturbances.
Caution is advised in patients with a history of cardiac arrhythmias, as Amisulpride may prolong the QT interval. Regular monitoring of cardiac function and serum prolactin levels is recommended during prolonged therapy. Maxpride 100 should be used under strict medical supervision, with gradual dose adjustments to minimize adverse effects. It is contraindicated in individuals with hypersensitivity to Amisulpride or other components of the formulation.
