Maclar 500 Tablet contains Clarithromycin 500 mg, a macrolide antibiotic effective against a broad spectrum of bacterial infections. Maclar 500 is commonly prescribed for the treatment of respiratory tract infections, including community-acquired pneumonia, acute exacerbations of chronic bronchitis, sinusitis, and pharyngitis/tonsillitis.
