How It Works
Serratiopeptidase acts as a proteolytic enzyme, breaking down fibrin and other proteins involved in inflammation, thereby reducing pain and swelling.
Diclofenac inhibits COX-1 and COX-2 enzymes, leading to decreased synthesis of prostaglandins, which mediate pain and inflammation.
Paracetamol works by inhibiting cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, leading to reduced synthesis of prostaglandins in the brain, which are responsible for pain and fever.

Lyser DP Tablet is a combination analgesic and anti-inflammatory medication containing Diclofenac 50 mg, Paracetamol 325 mg, and Serratiopeptidase 10 mg. This formulation is designed to provide effective relief from mild to moderate pain and inflammation associated with conditions such as musculoskeletal disorders, postoperative pain, dental pain, and soft tissue injuries. Diclofenac, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), exerts its effect by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes, thereby reducing the synthesis of prostaglandins responsible for pain and inflammation.

Lyser DP Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Please consult your doctor.
