Aceclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), provides effective relief from pain and inflammation by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes, thereby reducing prostaglandin synthesis. Paracetamol acts as an analgesic and antipyretic, offering symptomatic relief from mild to moderate pain and fever through central inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis. Serratiopeptidase, a proteolytic enzyme, facilitates the reduction of inflammation and edema by breaking down inflammatory mediators and promoting the drainage of inflammatory exudates. The synergistic action of these three components makes Lynac-SP Tablet suitable for managing acute musculoskeletal pain, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, postoperative pain, and soft tissue injuries.
