Diclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), inhibits cyclooxygenase enzymes, thereby reducing the synthesis of prostaglandins responsible for pain and inflammation. Rutoside, a bioflavonoid, enhances capillary strength and reduces vascular permeability, contributing to the reduction of edema and bruising.
