This injectable preparation is administered subcutaneously or intramuscularly under medical supervision, with dosage individualized based on patient response and treatment protocol. Lupi-Fsh 150 Injection is contraindicated in patients with primary ovarian failure, uncontrolled thyroid or adrenal dysfunction, ovarian cysts unrelated to polycystic ovary syndrome, or hypersensitivity to the active substance or excipients.
Careful monitoring of ovarian response via ultrasound and serum estradiol levels is essential to minimize the risk of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS).
